At RGI, financial limitations cannot be allowed to restrict career dreams. In view of that, the Institution has tied up with PNB and other leading banks to offer easy Education Loans to students.

Most Banks in the country offer attractive education loans for students. For the benefit of prospective students at RGI , we have tied up with premier nationalized Punjab National Bank, which gives the following advantages to students applying to RGI.

  • Include tuition fees, hostel fees etc. (as per the bank norms)

Fill in the Application Form only if you meet the eligibility for admission to the program. Duly filled in application form, will be allowed submission only along with following:

  • Attach passport size photograph: The dimensions of the photograph should be 3.5 x 4.5cm width. Scanned photograph should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp format for online submission.
  • Attach Class X , XII or Graduation(as applicable) mark sheet. Scanned mark sheets should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp format for online submission.
  • A valid personal e-mail ID and contact number.
  • Application fees of Rs. 1000/- using Debit / Credit card / Demand Draft (in case of downloaded form).


  • Application Form will not get submitted in the absence of the required documents.
  • Kindly note that merely submission of an application form, does not constitute a claim for an offer date for the selection procedure or admission to the program. The form may be rejected due to discrepancy in the supporting documents, or any other valid reason.
  • Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the Application Form.

Duly filled in Application Forms together with photograph & a DD of Rs. 1000/- in favor of respective schools, payable at Guwahati (in case of downloaded form) should be submitted to the campus


  • After receipt of your Form, it will normally be processed within 5 working days.
  • Qualifying candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of Admission Procedure (written test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview) through RGI website.
  • In certain cases, options of dates will be available giving greater flexibility to you. It is your responsibility to check the website. No separate communication will be sent in this regard. If a short listed candidate fails to select the date (for which various options will be made available) and admission to the particular programme is closed, it will be his/her responsibility.
  • The Admission procedure may last till late in the evening. You are requested to make Traveling & boarding arrangements on your own. Click here for Traveling instructions to the campus.
  • A message will be sent to you to intimate announcement of result on your Admission wither via email or through telephone. This will be for information only and should not be taken as official communication for selection.
  • All selected candidates will get intimation of their selection through an Admission Letter which will be made available on their respective email ids for downloading. Details regarding payment of fees at the time of admission, time and venue for commencement of the academic session will be mentioned in the admission letter.
  • Offer of admission will be valid only for the specific program opted by the candidate as well as for the same academic session. Admission is given provisionally as specified in the letter. The offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled if the conditions are not fulfilled by the stipulated time.
  • There is a possibility that the Admission Committee recommends your admission in a category/program/campus for which you have not applied in the application Form. In such cases an option will be given to you on your respective email ids /RGI website informing you of the change and you may give your consent for the same. The selection letter will be available on your respective email ids/RGI website ( for downloading only after receiving your consent.
  • Failure to pay the fee within the specified date or report for classes after payment of fee will entail cancellation of admission.

Selected candidates can give request for change of program after selection as follows :

  • The request should be made to the admission office before the last date of payment of the fee as notified in the admission letter
  • Minimum eligibility criteria for the requested program should be met.
  • Request will be considered and approved subject to be consent of the admission committee.
