Getting Started

Before you begin the application process make sure:

  • You have a desktop/laptop with a good Wi-Fi signal for smooth completion of the application process.
  • Scan all necessary documents. (For more information on the documentation process (click here).
  • Keep your credit/debit card nearby for hassle-free online fee payment.

For Undergraduate Application

  • Passport Size Photo
  • Class X/Secondary School Mark Sheet
  • Class X/Secondary School Pass Certificate
  • Class XII/Senior Secondary School Mark Sheet
  • Class XII/Senior Secondary School Pass Certificate
  • Age Proof (Birth Certificate/Passport/Govt. ID)
  • Recommendation form 1 & 2 (should be downloaded, then fill, scan and upload)
  • Parents Undertaking (should be downloaded, then fill, scan and upload)

  • Character Certificate of Last Institution

For Postgraduate Application

Students can complete the application process in three simple steps


  • Visit the official website of Royal Global University, i.e. www.rgu.ac and click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
  • Register your basic details like Name, Email Address, Phone No, Preferred Program, and Specialization. (Existing users can log in using their user ID and password.)
  • After registration, log in with your user ID and password.
  • Fill out the Application Form (students are recommended to fill all the fields but may fill only the mandatory fields marked as (*).
  • After filling out the application form you will be redirected to the fee payment page. Applicants are required to pay the application fees that is Rs. 1000 plus taxes or $ 14.12.
  • After successful payment of the application fees, upload the required documents (In case the content in a document is not in English then a certified English translated version must be uploaded in addition to the native language certificate).
  • Once the documents are uploaded, click on ‘Submit’.
  • After successful completion of the application process a Personal Interview over Video Call will be conducted by the respective department of the course you have selected in the application form. Communication regarding this will be made via. Phone Call/E-mail/Whatsapp to the applicant.
  • If selected, you will be provided with a Provisional Offer Letter which will be available to download in your dashboard after logging in.
  • Once you are provided with the offer letter, you need to make the required fees payments as mentioned to the University and then apply for a student visa. (For more pre-arrival, post-arrival and visa related information visit the university’s official website).
